Got a few laps in on Swift Creek Trees then caught a run under table. Maybe 5" of powder, little windy. Clear and Cold. Caught a great sunset on Shuksan 

Skiing / riding was too good to stop to take pix. Calf high on a fast crust.

Ned and I tried to climb Mt. Dickerman. Lingering high pressure and warm temps fuked any hope of turns. We agreed we needed a day out - Ned was getting close to finishing his Dis and I love working...

Joe Kelly and I went for a skin at Kendall. It was a good day - conditions were variable and we got a good lap in late in the day. I was out for the first time on my new boots - which ended up banging up my feet by the end of the day - but are a great improvement over my Matrixes!

We went up to baker and took Ned for his first backcountry lap on Table's shoulder. He hated it.

The team started the day with an unusual omen: Captain Zissou woke up early and was headed to pick up Ned ahead of schedule. The Captain texted Ned to let him know he would be early. Like a finely honed instrument, Ned made adjustments to his morning plans and turned his breakfast scramble into a sandwich for easy consumption in the car. The streets of Bellingham were caked in an inch of ice as if the city was trying to improvise a sustainable transportation plan for the day: ice skate everywhere. Luckily, as soon as the team left the city limits they were greeted with a bare and wet....

Esty and Celina did their first wet canyon in BC to celebrate their 7th Wedding anniversary. The creek flow was pretty low, it was a beautiful sunny day and there were no real technical difficulties.
